Counselling psychologist (Founder - Psychcentral)
I'm a Counselling Psychologist, Educator and Speaker. I follow an eclectic approach with a blend of humanistic-existential approach along with somatic and trauma informed practices. I actively use mindfulness techniques, relaxation procedures and body based healing techniques.
My areas of specialisation include complex trauma, stress management, gender, mood and anxiety issues, grief counseling, psychological well being, toxic family systems etc. My approach is neurodiversity affirming and trauma focused. I deal with the age group of 25 - 50 years.
I currently have a private practice in Gurgaon and have been working in the field of Psychology for the last 12 years. I've completed MA in Applied Psychology from Delhi University, South campus, a certification on 'Treating Trauma: Master Series' from National Institute for Clinical Application of Behavioral Medicine (NICABM, United States) and a certificate program in 'Trauma, PTSD and Dissociation' by Pesi - UK.

I’m a passionate Counselling Psychologist with 2.5 years of experience, committed to empowering individuals on their journey toward mental well-being. With a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Amity University, Noida; I blend academic knowledge with real-world experience to offer a holistic approach to healing. Currently, I’m deepening my expertise with a course on Trauma, Dissociation, and PTSD by PESI. Drawing from Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Humanistic Approaches, and Mindfulness-Based Practices, I create a safe, supportive space for personal growth and emotional healing. Let’s walk this journey of growth together!
Welcome to "What the Body Holds: Understanding Trauma & Attachment," a two-day event designed to explore the intricate relationship between childhood trauma, the body, and attachment patterns. Through these interactive sessions, we aim to explore how trauma leaves its imprint on the body, shapes neurobiological responses, and influences emotional connections throughout life.
